Home Study traffic school is an option offered by numerous courts to fulfill requirements in the California Vehicle Code, to have your traffic citation resolved without a conviction on your DMV record, as long as the court authorizes the program in whose jurisdiction the citation was issued.

Each court sets their own standards for Home Study programs. Others make it available only to out-of-state violators. Always check the printed materials you received from your court or call the court, too make certain of your eligibility.

Our program is completely self-paced. We have no time restraints on our program. We do suggest that you do take your time, as this will make taking the quizzes and final exam easier for you. Remember that we will allow you to review all course material during quizzes and final exam.

Immediately! Our web site will notify you immediately if you have passed or failed. If you have received a passing score of 80% or better you will be directed to a "Congratulations" page. If you were not taken to a "Congratulations" page you did not pass or our school did not receive your final exam. You will have to retake the final exam without any additional charges.

How your certificate of completion will be handled for Kings County Orange County and Sacramento County Courts:

1) Once you have completed your traffic school course and the school has received your final exam and you have passed with an 80% or better.

2) All certificates of completion will be electronically filed with the court where you received your citation

3) Because of the electronic filing, please be sure to select the correct County/Court where you received your citation so that your certificate will be routed to the correct court. (Please note: This may not be the county where you live).

4) Once your certificate of completion is received by the Court, you will receive an automatic notification from the Court via e-mail or via cell phone text message, whichever you prefer at no additional cost.

5) Please ensure that all registration information is correct and make any changes PRIOR to completing the final exam, by notifying Not Guilty Traffic School. Once certificates of completion are sent to the Court, only the CTSI systems administrator can make changes to the student's certificate information.

6) Misrouted certificates due to incorrect information from the student are NOT the responsibility of the provider. In addition, double-check the accuracy of all registration information to ensure your certificate can be processed expeditiously. Errors made during registration may cause a delay in the processing of your certificate, which are not the responsibility of the provider or the Court
