If you choose the UPS option for your Certificate of Completion, it will be sent to the address given during registration or directly to the court where you received your citation (depending on the courts requirements).

All certificates are sent with a signature release, that way the package will be left for you if there is no person at the location that can sign for it

UPS cannot deliver to a PO BOX. You must enter a street address.

If the address you entered during registration is incorrect, your UPS package needs to be re-directed and UPS needs to make the address correction. You will be responsible for the additional $10.00 address correction fee charged by UPS.
