How long will it take to complete the on-line program?
Our program is completely self-paced, you may login and out as
often as you would like Idaho Transportation Department does have a
requirement of 6 hours for the On-line traffic school.

Do I have to complete the program all at one time?
No! Our site will allow you to enter the program as often as
you like. Every time you complete one of the sections, your
course status will be saved. When you want to re-enter your
course in progress, simply go to our homepage at

and click on Customer Login. Now to access your course, you
will be prompted for your driver’s license given during registration.

How soon will I know if I passed the final exam?
As soon as the school receives the Final Exam and Verification
form, either fax or by mail we will then grade your
final exam. Final Exam will be graded, Monday
through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. If the final exam is received
after 5:00pm, it will be graded the next business day. In the
unlikely hood that you do not pass the final exam, one of our
school representatives will call you back and give you instructions
on how to take another final exam

How do I receive my certificate?
Once the student has passed the Final Exam at 80% or better,
and the school has received the original Final Exam and Verification
Form, A certificate of completion will be mailed too the student.
It will then be the students responsibility to deliver the certificate
of completion to Idaho Transportation Department.

In-Person Testing Requirement?
The Idaho Transportation Department requires all students to take the Final Exam at
an authorized verifiable, third party testing location. All
Schools have to have their student proof their Identity before
being allowed to send Certificate of Completion. This is a procedure
where you will be required to:
1) Show proof of your identity
2) Complete the final exam In-person and
3) Have your final exam and verification form notarized.
Don't Worry! To meet the third party testing requirement, you
will need to use the services of a Notary Public, you can find
a Notary Public in the yellow pages or on the Internet. Notary
Publics can be located at Escrow Offices, Banks, Private Mailbox
services. There are mobile Notary Publics also. (Any fee's required
by the Notary Public will be your Responsibility)

What is the Student Instructions In-Person Verified
Testing?
Student Instructions In-Person Verified Testing
(Proctored Testing)
The Idaho Transportation Department that is processing your records requires you to
take the Final Exam at an Authorized Verifiable, third party
testing location. This is a procedure where you will be required
too show proof of your Identity, complete the Final Exam In-Person
and have your Final Exam and Verification Form Notarized
Don’t Worry! To meet the third party testing requirement, you
will need to use the services of a Notary Public you can find
a Notary Public in the yellow pages or on the Internet. Notary
Publics can be located at Escrow Offices, Banks, and Private
mailbox services and there are mobile Notary Publics also, (Any
fee’s required by the Notary Public will be your responsibility).
1. Review and study the course material (Including Quizzes)
2. Review the Final Exam “ Do not take Final Exam until you
are in the Notary Publics Presence”, you will be able to take
notes and review Final Exam prior to going to the Notary Publics.
3. Locate a Notary Publics – Verify their Location, any fee’s
required and if an Appointment is needed.
4. If you are taking the Internet Course, you will need to
printout your Final Exam, Verification Form, (will be available
at the end of the course).
5. Take the Final Exam, Verification Form and Picture Identification
when you go to the Notary Public
6. At the Notary Public Location, complete the Final Exam and
ask the Notary Public to Notarized the Final Exam (Under Penalty
of Perjury) and the Verification Form
7. Mail the Completed Final Exam and Notarized Verification
Form back to the school. The school
must receive the Notarized Verification Form and Final Exam
before mailing out the Certificate of Completion. (No Exceptions).
It will then be your responsibility to deliver the Certificate
of Completion to the Idaho Transportation Department.

Instructions for Notary
The person requesting your Notary Services is a student of
Back To Basics Traffic School. The Idaho Transportation
Department of Jurisdiction requires
that the Final Exam be taken in your Presence upon proof of
their Identity before being given credit for Completion of the
Course.
1. Verify the Identity of the Student (Students notes are
allowed).
2. Allow the student time to complete the Final Exam (30 minutes
or less)
3. Advise the Student to answer all Questions and Fill in all
information on the Final Exam
4. Complete the “Verification Form” including the Notary Seal
5. Attach the Verification Form to the completed Final Exam
and return to the student
6. All Notary fees shall be collected directly from the student
7. It is the responsibility of the student to return all originals
to the school
