• You have completed the course and we processed your Certificate of Completion
• You give us insufficient information
• You have failed to be effective on all of your chances to pass your final exam
• Your Completion Date has expired and the Idaho Transportation Department will not accept your Certificate of Completion
• If it is recognized you have cheated or have given false information
• If you accidentally or intentionally registered for our On-line Defensive Driving course
